We Handle Everything on the Big Day
Our Day of Service package is designed for the Bride who has planned her wedding, but needs a professional to coordinate details at the rehearsal and on her Wedding Day. That Cow Events Planner will be with you during every step of the Rehearsal, Wedding Ceremony and Reception in order for you to enjoy your Family and Guests.
Specific Services Provided include the following:
At least 3 months before Wedding Date -
- Discuss Wedding Expectation
- One time visit with the following Industry professional (Vendors) to verify all arrangements for the wedding:
- Ceremony Site
- Reception Site
- Gown
- Photographer
- Videographer
- Florist
- Caterer
- Entertainment
- Bakery
- Discuss Hotel Accommodation for out-of-town Guest
- Discuss favor for Reception and provide suggestion
- Help Bride with Wedding invitation selection (with invitation catalog available)
- Coordinate Guest List and RSVP
- Review signed contract of the Industry profession (Vendors) with Bride
- Provide Tuxedo Rental
- Create Bride's wedding day schedule
- Create a Ceremony and Reception itinerary for Wedding Couple, Wedding Party and the contracted Industry professional (Vendors)
- Attend the Rehearsal and Ceremony
- Arrive at least two to three hours before Ceremony and remain until clean-up after reception
- Meet Industry professional (Vendors) at Ceremony and reception site with their deliverers for their set-up
- Distribute any remaining payments to Industry professional (Vendors) if needed
- Supervise reception and coordinate detail of Reception with industry professional (Vendors)
- Pins flowers on attendant and distribute bouquets (if bride is not using a full service florist)
- Supervise loading of gifts into designate car(s)
- Supervise boxing of wedding cake or leftover to be sent with bride and groom
