In March 2003, I remarried; I didn’t want a big ceremony and chose to have a small ceremony after a Sunday Church service. I needed a wedding bouquet and consulted with my church member Mrs. Patsy Strawther, owner of “That Cow Events Planner”.

Patsy added a special touch to the ceremony by making me the most beautiful bridal bouquet and throw-away bouquet and boutonniere for the groom. They were all unique and elegant. As an added touch Patsy included corsages for my daughters and close family members. I thank Patsy for helping to make my special day beautiful.

My wedding testimony is a love story in the making, first, let met start off by saying the Patsy is an “Angel” that was sent to me from God himself. When I first got engaged I knew everything I wanted, I had been planning my wedding since the day I met my future husband. So when he asks me to marry him, I knew what I wanted for my dream wedding.

Well, I didn’t know the first thing to do; all I knew was it must be plan a year before the big day. Luckily, I happed to work with Patsy’ husband William (Bill) the second in command of “That Cow Events Planner”. When I first met with Patsy I couldn’t decide on the wedding colors, she asks different questions to help with the selection and reminded me this was our day.

Patsy was there when I needed a shoulder to lean on when things were out of my control emotionally and financially. She made all my appointments with the different vendors, stress free. Patsy was able to accomplished my vision for my special day, when I would get discourage she reminded me “This is your day, it doesn’t matter what other may say”.

My wedding day was the most beautiful, unforgettable day of my life. It was all that I had dreamed. All that I wanted was made possible. The wedding location was just an ordinary community center, Patsy and her staff transformed the center into paradise. All was in place expect the “Bride”; I was late to my own wedding. When I finally arrived all was in order. From Pre-wedding pictures, video interviews, pre-ceremony music. I was able to relaxes and mediate before the ceremony. When I viewed my wedding video, everything was so beautiful and surreal. What was just a vision was reality; I can’t thank her and the staff for all that they done. I would recommend her to all…..Thank you so much.

From the flowers, the candles, they were all brought to life by your touch. At first, I had mixed emotions about money for a “Wedding Planner” but, after it was all said and done, I could never done it without you and your staff. The money was just a small object compare to the work that has to be done. In the end all the Bride and Groom need to be thinking about is the moment when they say “I DO”.

To That Cow Events Planner,
July 22, 2000 was the date that my fiancé and I decided to be wed. I had made arrangement to get married in New Orleans, Louisiana. The ceremony was being held at “The House of Broal Victoria Mansion”. My mission was to find a Wedding Coordinator who had experience in destination wedding. I need some to handle arranging my family and friend to travel from Dallas, Texas to New Orleans, La.

Patsy came to the rescue, she made sure all the detail of the travel arrangement were follow, from selecting the bus company, the hotel arrangement, schedule pick-up of family member in Shreveport, rest stop, lunch, dinner. As destination Wedding Coordinator, she did an outstanding job, I trusted Patsy with the most important items needed for the wedding “MY WEDDING DRESS” and “WEDDING BOUQUET”. I would like to ‘THANK’ Patsy Strawther, Owner of “That Cow Events Planner” for her service to detail. I would hate to think about the disaster that could have happened if it wasn’t for Patsy. Just sending you a short note to say, “Thank You”, for your help in my sister’s baby shower it was a success. I was very afraid about giving the shower; I had never been in charge of planning a shower or party. I wanted it to be a big success, you were recommend. The ideas you gave for the shower games, door prizes, other gifts were awesome. The biggest hit was the game, “Who’s my Mommy”.
