Specific Services Provided include the following:
- Meet with group leader to discuss travel plans.
- Compile information with independent travel agency
- Send information letter to participants
- Schedule group meeting and show DVD of cruises taken in the past and preview DVD of current one planned furnished by cruise line, if available
- Create spreadsheet of members with contact information
- Create payment plan and track members' payments. Accept payments and deliver mail receipt with any balance
- Contact group leader with any changes
- Schedule group meeting to deliver travel credentials. Show DVD of past vacation
