These services are for the couple wanting to Renew their wedding Vows, and desires a professional staff to coordinate all the details of the event. The That Cow Events Planner staff will be with you during the planning of the Renewal Ceremony and on the big day.

Specific Services Provided include the following:

At least 6 months before the Renewal of Vows -

Discuss Vow Renewal Expectation
Visit with the following Industry professionals to verify all arrangements for the event.
- Event Site
- Photographer
- Videographer
- Florist
- Caterer
- Entertainment
- Bakery
Discuss Hotel Accommodations for out –of-town guests if needed
Discuss favors for the event
Help client with invitation selection for set event
Coordinate Guest List and RSVP
Review signed contract of the Industry professional (Vendors) with client
Provide Tuxedo Rental if needed
Create clients event itinerary
Create itinerary for Industry professional (Vendors)
Attend the Rehearsal and event
Arrive at least two to three hours before event and remain until clean-up after event
Meet Industry professional (Vendors) event site with their deliveries for their setup
Distribute any remaining payments to Industry professional (Vendors) if needed
Supervise event and coordinate details of event with industry professional
Pin corsages and boutonnieres for honorees (if couple is not using a full service florist)
Supervise loading of gifts into designated car(s) for event
